Enjoy the clear fresh mountain air at the skiing region Klippitztörl. The wonderful snow scenery in winter and the sunny hours in summer turn this spot of nature into an unique holiday experience.

Summer:
Go on a adventerous hiking and exploring tour through the well-marked hiking trails on Saualpe. Visit one of the comfy chalets or enjoy a picknick in the nature.
In July and August we offer the all-inclusive family and children experience-summer: try horseback-riding, fishing, barbeques and free tennis for the kids! Make your own butter, build water wheeles or go around by „Klippitztörlexpress“.
Even swimming and bathing is possible: Visit the open air pools of „Stadionbad Wolfsberg“ (approx. 30 min.), or the wonderful lakes „Längsee“ (approx. 40 min.) and „Klopeinersee“ (approx. 1 hour).
A lot of fun promises the summer toboggan run. The 1400 meter long ride is accessible by foot or by chair lift. Plenty of action provides the climbing crag with its swing bridges, hiking rocks and zip lines.
Great spots for your trips are the „Wörthersee“ lake, the minature world of „Minimundus“, the castles „Hochosterwitz“ and „Wolfsberg“ and the monastery „St. Paul“.
Winter
The „Almhaus am Hohenwart“-holiday apartments are situated right at the ski-slope. After some fun in the snow you can relax in the house-own sauna or you spend some romantic evenings in front of the fireplace.
The skiing-area „Klippitztörl“ provides 6 lifts with 13 ski-slopes, what makes 28 kilometers of slope. Thanks to artificial snowblowers the right conditions for your skiing holidays are guaranteed from beginning of december until spring.
A further highlight is a snowshoe tour! 5 GPS-recorded and signed tours are offered. Moreover you can find a skiing-school, a baby lift, and floodlight for skiing and sledding.
